Ocean acidification is caused by a variety of variables related to human activities, causing the ocean's pH levels to fluctuate, harming living creatures in the ocean, such as coral reefs. Through the use of business strategies and entrepreneurial thinking, we created a venture capital that focuses on tackling the issue of ocean acidification in New York.
Social Problem:
We are focusing on ocean acidification, which is caused by a variety of variables related to human activities. This is causing the ocean's pH levels to fluctuate, harming living creatures in the ocean, such as coral reefs.

Our target market is concerned about the environment and knows that ocean acidification is a significant issue that is hurting not only marine life but also human life.

Value Proposition:
Making volunteering within the ocean acidification factor entertaining and accessible for everyone, in order to exert a significant impact on the issue being tackled. We are the only app in NYC that provides easy accessibility and communication to safe and impactful volunteer groups throughout the city.

App that provides easy accesibility to ocean acidification focused volunteer opportunities in NYC. The app also includes an educative realm, as well as a connection to the wider involved society, representing the ways in which one may implement changes at home, additionally calculating the individual and team impact.

As a more inclusive approach to the VC, the app will provide an additional subscription option, offering products that play a role in the SDG 14, implementing change and impact through a different and more personal route.
